Life After Dream Kpop Fantasy Concert 2

Photo taken using Instax Mini 8s. That's why. And it's SJM on the stage hihi

It is really different to be fangirling without your real-life trusted fangirl BFFs. I don't have anyone to pinch, squeal at, or hit when LHJ or BYG HTs!!! LOL.

It's almost a week since the Dream Kpop Fantasy Concert 2 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. More of my 'fanaccount' (?) here.

^^ to fangirling and beyond!

Yes, it's true! The Dream Kpop Fantasy Concert 2 is finally announced. The confirmed date for the concert will be on Sunday, February 2, 2014 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The concert is produced by All Access Productions, the same company that brought KPOP Republic last September 2013 and Infinite's One Great Step last November 3, 2013.

The performer's list is set to be announced one by one starting next week. A hint was given that there will be 7 groups who will perform. Ticketing details will also follow.

It's time to save up everyone. Let's all just hope that our favorite groups will get to be included in the list. It's time to save save save!

Life After Dream Kpop Fantasy Concert

I have never really expected much from the concert. Primarily because I did not know most of the groups performing. I was truthfully only depressed and disappointed in my real life that I have decided (quite recklessly) to buy tickets and fly to Manila.

But guess what, that made all the difference! ^^

The concert was a blast! I did a lot of first times as a fangirl. Haha! I will chronicle them later on. I hope anyone reading this on the world wide web will not get bored but instead will learn from the experiences we've had. tee hee!!

Dream Kpop Fantasy Concert Fireworks

At first, I really thought that the fireworks were for another event happening at the same because the explosions were so far from the venue. ^^
But anyway, it was great. My first ever KPOP concert in the Philippines.

Manila Weather Forecast for DKFC ^^

source: http://weather.edition.cnn.com

It looks like it's gonna an okay day this Saturday. I hope it's not gonna that sunny and hot. I could withstand rain really but not scorchingly hot days. But I will withstand more just to see Infinite this Saturday, rain or shine or snow. hahaha as if it snows in PH. ^^

How Many People Will Attend DKFC?

DKFC tickets from SM Tickets as of 12/08/12

This picture was taken from SM Ticket's info screen when we bought our DKFC tickets last December 18, 2012. As of that time, it shows that about 10,000 tickets were sold (please correct me if my calculations are, you know, off hihi). I do not know the status as of now. But ten thousand concert goers for a KPOP concert in the Philippines is already big number.

I never thought it's gonna be like this. The concert is only four days from now and I'm already having stomachaches. Hahaha! I'm excited to see the performers and all the other fandoms.

Emergency Meeting [Re: DKFC Hotel]

Waaaaaaaaaaa!!! As of the writing of this post, the hotels where the DKFC performers are staying at is announced. It's going to be at the Manila Hotel and Diamond Hotel.

This was Ms. Happee's tweet confirming the hotels for DKFC on January 19th.
I just wonder at which hotel Infinite or Exo will be staying. hehehehe
Waaaaaaaaaaa!!! It's near Rizal Park too. I've always wanted to go there for nationalistic-cheesy-me reasons. But anyway. Ottoke??!!!!!

For easier fangirling, I've searched for the maps in going to the hotels... I just hope and pray Dawnhae and I will be able to figure it out. LOL! This will be my first time in Manila and Dawnhae's second time only. So help us God :-)

See you all there! I think. hahaha.

Oops, I'm running late to Dawnhae and I's emergency meeting. LOL.

Things to Bring to DKFC

1. Ticket.
Of course. How will you ever get in if you forget this of all things.
Thou shall guard the concert ticket with your life.

2. Lightstick.
This is the trademark of every fandom. This is the ray of light that echoes your support and timeless gratitude to the group on stage. Our idols will lose their way and stumble in the dark big stage without our lightstick, us, making their paths much clearer and brighter. Charos!

3. Camera!
This is not mandatory. But for the benefit of the rest of tumblr and twitter world aka fangirls living in Narnia and can't attend the concert, please please please  take pics and post in them real time (hehe) online.

4. Banner! or gift or balloon.
You can never know if and when (insert bias/es' name)decides to take your banner or gift as souvenir.
The rule: The more catchy and attention-grabbing, the better.
The Warning: DO NOT bring tarpaulin-like, billboard-sized banners because the persons behind you in the line will run amok :-#

5. Water! and candy for yourself.
What is the use of a VVVVVVVIP ticket and the world's tiniest, most HD fancam ever invented for fangirl/spies when you are being wheeled out to an ambulance after fainting from dehydration or whatever.

6. Manners.
        Go figure.

Happy fangirling everyone!! I can't wait to see you all on January 19th!!!!!!!!!

It's here! Weeeeeee! I really hope and pray that everything works out well and fine from here on. ^^
PTO stands for Paid Time Off/Leave from work. But lol, I there are no available paid leave slots for Jan 20 anymore. So does this mean I'll be absent? Haha! :-#

The Dream Kpop Fantasy Concert is fast approaching so I also need to study about the groups who are performing at the concert. Who knows, I might 'accidentally' bump into them in the streets of Metro Manila. hahahaha

First up is EXO-K!

Dream Kpop Fantasy Concert Tickets (fangirl-edited version)

Wae? Wae? Why are concert tickets so expensive??!?
Is that a fact of a fangirl's life we have to accept?
Sighs.

So there, I am spending my 13th month bonus on this as a reward to myself. Weeeeeee!!
And now I got to plan on how I'll get the money for my plane tickets... hmmmmm....
Don't worry, this won't involve any kidney selling. I'm reserving my kidneys for something with two letters and a five? LOL!

Are you going too?

Why You Should Go

The Dream Kpop Fantasy Concert on January 19, 2013 is the first of its kind in the country. This is the closest the country could get to have lots of KPOP Idols at the same time. In short, it's gonna be most fangirls' and fanboys' dream and fantasy (hence the concert name? hehe).

I know some are really still confused and undecided about going to or not. Or maybe, some have already decided and have outright engraved in stone that they are not going because of a myriad of reasons ranging from their own ultimate bias/es or most favorite group is not one of the performers to the concert ticket costs to living in the 7,107th island in the country. I do feel you and I do understand. Not every fan can afford or save enough money for a concert where they'll only see Bias #3's blue hair a hundred meters away. That's so depressing, I've experienced that before.  ;-/
